YNPN's Real Talk in the Sector: Work/Life Harmony

Join us for networking and exploring practices of curiosity at our first Real Talk in the Sector.

We know working in the nonprofit/impact sector is hard, and it often feels like there’s not enough hours in the day to do your job well, make a difference, go to the gym, eat something healthy, sit down with a book, listen to that podcast, catch up with a friend – the list can keep going and we know we can’t be the only ones who feel that way.

Our speaker, Hailey Zureich, strives to create a life of balance between the professional grind and building a vibrant personal life. She has found the best way to create harmony is by exploring her practice curiosity. She utilizes tools of stand-up, improv, and yoga to engage participants in professional play.

This hands-on workshop will include a guided meditation/breathing exercise, light yoga, and improv games. We will conclude with sharing food and giving space to continue to network.
